It’s finally Summer, and our culinary teams are ready for the heat with fresh new recipes and seasonal ingredients! Each month, you can look forward to new recipes and #REALFood ingredients to keep your on-site café focused on scratch-cooked and locally sourced entrées. July, August, and September are exciting months for their bounty of colorful fruits and vegetables. From fresh lettuces to juicy watermelon, your café will stay on top of food trends without sacrificing quality or taste.

With a focus on fresh, local, and seasonal produce, you can look forward to four all-new recipes within our cafés featuring mixed greens and ingredients that are found fresh from the garden:
