Thomas Cuisine is an award-winning, privately-held contract foodservice company based in Idaho. We advocate the healing power of whole foods. Our chefs, trained at some of the best culinary schools in the country including the Culinary Institute of America, prepare scratch-made cuisine fresh each day. Our clients include hospitals interested in patient satisfaction and incremental revenue; senior living communities interested in resident satisfaction; businesses interested in attracting and retaining top talent; and private colleges interested in satisfying diverse student populations.

Ours is a classic American success story. We are the result of our founder’s vision. Thad Thomas had worked for a publicly-traded foodservice company prior to founding Thomas Cuisine. Thad believed a privately-held company would provide freedom to consistently “do the right thing” – for employees and clients alike. He was an advocate of the healing power of fresh food. He believed in treating employees fairly. He sought to enhance the lives of our guests – one nutritious meal at a time.
Today, the Thomas family is committed to remaining privately-held as this ownership structure provides us with the flexibility needed to surpass expectations at every level of the organization.
