Cultivate
Encourage wellness, learning, and healthy lifestyles in your community
Thomas Cuisine’s Cultivate program aims to empower healthful lifestyles and promote a positive relationship with food through culinary skills and holistic nutrition education. Cultivate is designed to provide practical and accessible information through cooking demonstrations and hands-on activities. Each program is embedded with nutrition education and culinary techniques customized for the communities we serve. Through Cultivate we can learn more about the lifestyle needs of our communities, collaboratively find solutions to meet those needs, and empower the community to make long-lasting behavioral changes that help individuals lead healthier lives.
Customized LEARNING Programs
With Cultivate, you will find the programming highly customizable. We can tailor our programming to empower individuals to take control of their health and lives- whether that be teaching teenagers about proper food and kitchen safety that will build a foundation for the rest of their lives, supporting an elderly couple with their journey through disease state management, or showing primary school children the different stages of agriculture and growing food, emphasizing that food is not just purchased at a grocery store.
