What could be better than one less trip to the store this week? Currently, in the hospital cafes that we serve, our Food Service Directors have been bringing the store to healthcare workers via pop-up markets. Pop-up markets provide basic staples such as bread, milk, butter, fresh produce, pasta and grains, plus household items like paper towels, toilet paper, and napkins for healthcare employees to purchase for their homes and families. Our healthcare food service managers wanted to positively impact the caregivers of the hospital and reduce the time and risk of extra trips to the store. Below is a gallery showcasing our Manager’s efforts in building their pop-up markets within cafes across the U.S. in support of making basic needs more accessible for Hospital Caregivers and the communities we serve.
