Focus on Grains

This November, we’re using Hearty Grains to bring cozy, comforting flavors to our menus! Grains like Farro, Barley, Kamut, and Quinoa offer more flavor and nutrients compared to items like plain white rice. With their mild, nutty flavor, hearty grains (also known as Ancient Grains) are a delicious addition to sides, soups, salads, and casseroles. If you’ve never tried grains other than traditional rice or oatmeal, you’re in for a treat that offers plant-forward protein, fiber, and satisfying texture. When visiting our cafés this Fall, you can look forward to custom recipes that turn out perfectly every time because they’re created by our skilled Chefs and Dietitians.

Throughout the month, entrées like Quinoa and Kale Stuffed Bell Peppers, Ahi Poke Grain Bowls, or Chimichurri Chicken with Farro will be available for you to try at participating cafés. When you dine with us, there’s no worry about knowing which grains taste best or what sauce to choose; our Chefs have that part covered! Our teams make sure each dish is freshly made and tastes exactly how it’s supposed to with balanced flavor profiles and real food ingredients.
