🏆 Thomas Cuisine Wins the Golden Spoon Award!
We’re thrilled to announce that Executive Chef Jason Davis and Retail Manager Jim Graham from our Thomas Cuisine team at Enloe Health have earned top honors. They were recognized at the recent Ridge Cook-Off, a cherished annual event supporting the Boys & Girls Club in Paradise, CA.
Their culinary masterpiece—Apple & Pecan Brussels Sprout Slaw—captivated attendees with its perfect balance of flavors and textures. Fresh pink lady apples, sweet candy-coated pecans, crisp Brussels sprouts, vibrant cabbage, crunchy carrots, juicy pomegranate seeds, and a tangy champagne vinaigrette came together to create the dish. It perfectly embodies our commitment to REAL food—nutritious, flavorful, and thoughtfully crafted.
Chef Jason and Jim didn’t stop at just great flavors; their creativity and attention to detail also won them the awards for Best Side Dish and Best Decorated Table. Ultimately, they secured the event’s most prestigious accolade: The Golden Spoon!
