Backed by nine generations of sheep and cattle ranchers, Central Montana Beef prioritizes both the health of the land and the well-being of their cattle. Through rotational grazing, ranchers promote the growth of natural grasses, providing renewable, high-quality nutrition for the cattle. The cattle are raised humanely in outdoor environments with ample protein-rich native grasses, fresh water, clean air, and plenty of space. The rollout of this partnership will begin with the greater Boise, Idaho, and Salt Lake City, Utah, markets, with our premier shipment of Central Montana Beef arriving in February 2024. Strategic nationwide rollouts to additional Thomas Cuisine locations will follow.
