Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine Montana, alongside partners Thomas Cuisine, Montana State University, and Benefis Health System, has launched the Farm to Clinician Culinary Medicine Program to immerse medical students in culinary medicine principles. Through hands-on learning, students explore the role of nutrition in healthcare by preparing and tasting meals tailored to specific health topics.
