Meet Our Guest Speaker

Deb Reardanz

President & CEO, Lindsey Communities

Deb Reardanz is the President and CEO of Lindsey Communities, a nonprofit Life Plan Community and Adult Day Centers serving older adults in Illinois for over 40 years. A recognized leader in aging services, Deb has spent more than two decades guiding Lindsey Communities’ evolution into a nationally respected center for wellness, innovation, and resident engagement.

Under her leadership, the flagship campus of ClarkLindsey has pioneered initiatives such as Illinois’ first Green House Homes, the Collaborations in Health, Aging, Research, and Technology — CHART — program with the University of Illinois, and partnerships with Masterpiece Living to promote successful aging. Her work has earned the organization multiple awards for excellence in workplace culture and community impact.

Deb is a frequent speaker at national conferences, where she shares insights on building cultures of well-being, integrating technology into senior care, and designing environments that support lifelong growth. Meet Our Guest Speaker

Leif Cameron

Chief Executive Officer, Pilgrim Place

Leif Cameron is the Chief Executive Officer of Pilgrim Place, a nonprofit continuing care retirement community in Claremont, California, rooted in the values of justice, peace, and care of the Earth. With over a decade of experience in aging services, he brings a rare combination of operational depth and mission-driven leadership to one of the most distinctive senior living communities in the country.

Before joining Pilgrim Place, Leif held executive leadership roles at HumanGood, one of the largest nonprofit senior living organizations in the nation, where he served as both Executive Director across multiple communities and Director of Innovation. That experience at scale informs how he leads today in a very different kind of position.

Pilgrim Place is a single-site community that defies conventional senior living norms. The population skews younger than the industry average, with the majority now representing the boomer generation. And unlike most retirement communities, Pilgrim Place attracts people who see this chapter of life not as a withdrawal from the world, but as an opportunity to deepen their engagement with it through activism, advocacy, and purpose-driven living.

Leif holds a Master of Arts in Aging Services Management from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of New Hampshire. He is a licensed Nursing Home Administrator and Residential Care for the Elderly Administrator in the state of California.
