Mark Kadell to Step Down and Retire January 1, 2021
Mr. Kadell will remain serving on the Thomas Cuisine board of directors. Thomas Cuisine’s board of directors has appointed Alison Patt as President and Chief Executive Officer, effective October 1, 2020.
Alison brings to Thomas Cuisine over a decade of contract foodservice and hospitality experience, having served most recently as Group President of Continental Services, Detroit’s top independent contract dining management company. Ms. Patt has a proven background centered on developing high performing teams, driving meaningful growth, fostering enduring client relationships, and demonstrating a strong commitment to servant leadership.
We are fortunate to have someone of Alison Patt’s caliber and experience step up to lead Thomas Cuisine. Alison will successfully implement our strategy and take advantage of new market opportunities that have arisen in light of the recent global pandemic. Ms. Patt is a contract foodservice management visionary with a proven track record of execution. She is a strong communicator who is customer focused and has exemplary leadership capabilities. We welcome her fresh leadership perspective and service industry experience as I retire and transition to my role as a Thomas Cuisine board member.
