  • Explore an easy and very nutritious salad dressing: lemon, fresh garlic and a touch of olive oil.
  • Green leafy vegetables and berries are easily blended into smoothies for an immune-boosting snack or meal. 
  • Use plain yogurt drizzled with honey and topped with berries for a probiotic dietary enhancement.

Growing Immune Boosting Vegetables

Even if you have limited space, growing a few vegetables from seeds can be a rewarding and simple experience that keeps fresh food on your table. Here are ten of the easiest vegetables to grow from seeds, according to the Farmer’s Almanac:

  • Green Beans, Beets, carrots, cucumbers, kale, lettuce, peas, winter squash, radishes and summer squash such as zucchini.
