The 2019 edition of Food Management Top 50 Contract Management Companies lists the 50 largest firms by 2018 revenue that operate dining, catering and other food-related services for clients in venues like schools, colleges, hospitals, senior living facilities, businesses and sports and entertainment venues.
For 2019, Thomas Cuisine is Recognized by Food Management’s Top 50 Contract Management Companies across the nation. Two years ago, we broke into the Top 20; growth and revenue has more than doubled in the past five years, which has catapulted us to be ranked at #15 for 2019. Thomas Cuisine has accomplished this growth while remaining privately-held, competing against companies many times our size.
