Thomas Cuisine Values

Putting Integrity on the Daily Menu

Finding a company that shares your values around people, business, and dining is an important consideration when saying, ‘yes!’ to partnering with a foodservice management company as a client or employee. Our values of Excellence, Integrity, Respect, Passion, and Teamwork are shared by many leaders at Thomas Cuisine, including our President and CEO, Alison Patt, who shares this perspective on living your personal values at work and as a foodservice management provider:

“My favorite Thomas Cuisine value has always been integrity. When I was a kid, my mom would always remind me: “don’t say anything you wouldn’t want announced over the school loudspeaker.” That’s always stuck with me. As a leader, I believe our clients, our customers, and our team members all deserve my uncompromising commitment to ethics and character. I read once that integrity meant to be “whole and undivided”. For me, that means showing up with my entire self and ensuring that my words and my actions are never divided (aka: never handling things or treating someone in a way I wouldn’t want announced on that darn loudspeaker). I also love that the same commitment to integrity shows up every day in our kitchens. Whole, fresh, REAL food of unwavering quality is core to who we are. In a world filled with questionable ingredients, it’s a privilege to serve at a company that puts integrity on the daily menu.”

Which food and service values are non-negotiable for you? Whether you work for or with Thomas Cuisine, you’ll be at the forefront of the Real Food revolution in foodservice management, leadership, and the future of wellness-first dining.
