Café Offerings To Celebrate Health

This December let’s Celebrate Health and our ability to come together while sharing real food in your onsite café! During the Winter months, we often reach for heavier comfort foods, and sometimes it can be challenging to find lighter options with fresh fruits and vegetables, which is why our chefs make the extra effort to know the best in-season produce for your meals all year-‘round. This month, we’re bringing you the signature taste of cranberries for a tangy twist of flavor to brighten those comforting Winter meals. Cranberries are a Winter berry native to North America that contains Vitamin C, Vitamin A, and fiber. On their own, cranberries are tart, but with a little creativity, they can be used fresh, dried, or as a sauce for a delicious entrée highlight. During the month of December, Thomas Cuisine cafés will offer a variety of new dishes with cranberries, such as house-made Cranberry-Peach Oatmeal, Pork Tenderloin with Apple-Cranberry Compote, Cranberry Crunch Salad with Cranberry-Ginger Vinaigrette, and, of course, the classic chef-made Cranberry Sauce for our holiday meals. This Winter, we hope you enjoy time with family, friends, and, of course, Real Food in your onsite café.
